Australia shares up 0.4 pct, banks lead

  SYDNEY, June 18 (Reuters) - Australian shares nudged higher on Thursday, breaking a run of three losing sessions, with banks pulling the market higher despite weakness in the top miners. The S & amp;P/ASX 200 index .AXJO was 17.3 points higher at 3,921.4 at 0018 GMT after falling 1.5 percent on Wednesday.
