Sony Develops 1.2kWh-class Energy Storage Module Using Lithium-ion Rechargeable Batteries made from Olivine-type Lithium

  Tokyo, June 22, 2010 - (JCN Newswire) - Sony today announced the development of an energy storage module using lithium-ion rechargeable batteries made with olivine-type lithium iron phosphate as the cathode material (hereafter referred to as 'olivine-type lithium-ion iron phosphate cell').
